STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. All workers selected by Paris International Manpower, Inc. will be under our guarantee within three (3) months probationary period;
2. Employer/ Principal will be fully responsible for its personally selected / recommended / re-hired workers.
3. Two (2) years Employment Contract (renewable upon mutual consent;
4. Regular Working Hours - Eight (8) to Ten (10) hours work/day (excluding Overtime) & 6 days/week;
5. Free Airfare, NOT DEDUCTIBLE FROM WORKER’S MONTHLY SALARY (Manila-Jobsite) and (Jobsite-Manila) upon completion of 2 yrs contract;
6. Iqama and other Saudi government taxes shall be shouldered by the Employer/Principal;
7. Office/Service Fee – depends on the mutual agreement of Paris International Manpower, Inc and the Employer. However, the agreed amount thereof will be deductible from the worker’s monthly salary supported by a Promissory Note (signed & thumb marked by each worker):
= Fifty percent (50%) of this amount must be remitted directly to Paris International Manpower, Inc. Bank Account upon receiving the copy of the stamped visa;
= Full payment must be remitted directly to Paris International Manpower, Inc. Bank Account upon receiving the flight confirmation notice;
8. Employer/Principal shall provide us the necessary documents for job order accreditation before the Labor Office;
9. Contract - Employer shall guarantee that there will be no Contract substitution. Whatever agreed/accepted salary will be given on time to hired workers without excuse.
